Peggy LaCombe

Dr. Peggy LaCombe earned her veterinary degree from Colorado State University in 1993. She has been in general small animal practice since that time in Washington and Arizona. She purchased At Your Bark and Call Veterinary House Calls, LLC in 2012 from her good friend, partner, and founder, Dr. Kelly Halvorsen. Since then, Dr. LaCombe has evolved the practice to provide a holistic medical point of view to attain and maintain the best quality of life for her patients.  


Dr. LaCombe became a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist from the Chi Institute (now Chi University) in 2011, and a Certified Tui-Na Practitioner in 2017. She took the Food Therapy course at Chi in 2013 and became certified in Veterinary Natural Nutrition from the College of Integrative Therapies (CIVT) in April 2022. She also became certified in Veterinary Western Herbal Medicine through CIVT in 2021 and continues her ongoing herbal and Chinese medical studies. She recently became a Certifiied Veterinary Medical Manipulation Practitioner in June 2023.


Her family consists of her husband Dave, Makai the Jacklab, and the kitty gangster squad of Bonnie, Clyde, and Floyd. She loves to travel and learn new things, being outside in nature, hiking, gardening, and reading.

Our Approach To Pet Care

We believe that the best way to keep your pet healthy is to provide comprehensive, preventive care. We recommend routine wellness exams and vaccinations to help prevent disease, and we also offer a wide range of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical services if your pet should ever need them.

 

We always aim to work with you to ensure that your pet enjoys a long, happy, and healthy life. We take the time to get to know you and your pet so that we can provide the best possible care.

 

Our training extends across Western medicine and into Traditional Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) which we use to treat a wide variety of conditions. We have a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer you and your pet.
